I’m extremely excited to announce the release and pre-order of American Memorial, my first book of poems. This is a photography/poetry collaboration with a dear friend of mine, Dylan S. Green, who is based in Bellingham, WA.

In their debut effort, Alzate and Green seek to redefine the lines of collaboration, fusing each respective medium to the point of inseparability. The poems and photographs in American Memorial stand as a single, bonded piece; two parts to one greater whole. As a result, readers will be taken through a unique page-by-page experience that evokes a range of responses as diverse as the country of topic.
